Photography could be changing as we know it. The way we view photographs could be changed forever by companies like Sony and Fuji. Sony is releasing 3d television sets for sale to the public this summer along with 3d cameras and video cameras. Check out their website here.
Some companies already make 3d lenses for slrs.
Also, 3d images can be made with two cameras or slide mounts.
The new development in this technology is the tv sets made specifically to view these images and the single lens cameras to capture the images. For photographs, a regular hd or standard definition monitor will suffice but with moving images a higher frame rate of 240fps is needed for optimum quality.
